Welcome to the North West Shared Services Forum.

Forum Meeting

The North West Shared Services Forum welcomes any company operating a Shared Service Centre (SSC) in the UK to its membership.

Having successfully operated in its current form for over two years, the Forum provides a raft on and offline benefits to its members who operate SSCs in the North West and beyond. 

The Forum has developed a community-driven experience that has knowledge-sharing and sector development at its heart.  Member organisations vary in maturity, size and the nature of the business they service but all share two common threads - the pursuit of excellence and a passion for improvement and evolution.

Based in the North West thanks to the region’s world-class reputation as a hub for Shared Services, the Forum is run by members for members and is a not-for-profit organisation.
